Hawkmoths zap bats with sonic blasts from their genitals

Tropical hawkmoths have redefined what constitutes a multi-purpose tool. Interestingly this may be an example of convergent evolution as tigermoths make the very similar bat-jamming sounds but using their thorax instead.
